Want to take a quick moment on the dgbblg to plug a little film I really love (and helped out on) that’s opening in NY today. It’s called Harmony and Me, and is a super-low-budget but super-funny comedy about heartbreak.

The movie stars Justin Rice, Bob Schneider, Kevin Corrigan, & Pat Healy, so if you’re a fan of indie film or indie music, I think you’ll dig it. It opens at the Museum of Modern Art today, and plays thru next week.

I also just want to show some love to openers Love Like Fire.  Their music reminded me of my favorite old sweatshirt I’ve had since high school. It’s extra-fuzzy + feels great on a rainy Saturday afternoon; major bonus points for their rad cover of the Magnetic Fields’ “Abigail, Belle of Kilronan.”  If you’re planning on catching any of the next few shows, make sure to get there extra early - they really can’t be missed.
